Have tried multiple times to access my Outlook email. Message asking for twc server password and I've tried chatting with several Spectrum techs. Told my account is okay. We've reset passwords so many times my head is spinning. Don't know what to try next. One message said I do not have an account. My husband also has a RR email and it's working fine! I'm losing it.

Welcome to our Community Forums, we are happy to help! Right now there is a known issue with Spectrum email. We are working to restore the service as soon as possible. However, we have not been provided an ETR. We appreciate your patience as we work towards a resolution.
