WoW randomly disconnects for a week now

I will be playing just fine.. Perfect ping, perfect fps, no overheating and then all of the sudden lag and drop.

I've done the following fixes.

- Hard Reset modem and router
- New Wifi Adapter
- Computer Updates
- Uninstall and reinstall world of warcraft
- Reinstalled Windows
- Had a tech come out and replace some coax lines and switches and says there is perfect signal.

The only thing I am seeing is the WinMTR trace route is showing 2 spectrum servers offline.

    Hi & welcome!

I was able to locate your account using your registration information. I am seeing excessive T3 errors and the upstream TX levels are out of range. I also see that you have service call scheduled soon. If the technician is not able to resolve the issue, or if the issue returns, please let us know.

Hi @James_M they came out today and replaced some cables at the pole and at my box as well as gave me a new modem… When the tech left we were at 1.1G download speed and 9ms ping…. Unfortunately my disconnects are still happening.

I wanted to attach my WINMTR results from using AT&T cellular backup.. As you can see there are no servers with packet loss, just 2 not reporting on low priority pings.

Did you end up having this resolved? I've been having something rather similar to this too lately. It is my entire internet intermittently consistently disconnecting completely. I have a 2nd visit from a tech scheduled tomorrow, first tech came and only swapped some connections (that were fine but just to say they did i guess), but clearly this issue is beyond us, it is sad turning to my hotspot is more reliable when I pay for the most expensive internet offered for me through them. I work from home, also game in the evening, and I have had constant interrupts as of recently and it is driving me insane, they wont take my complaints seriously it feels like. I have an entire days of network analysis data showing an average of 3.5% PL (at the final hop), but I feel they aren't taking this seriously since this average is a skewed in the perception of how single digit percentages sound, since it is intermittent 100% disconnects, but with decent normal connection when it is working.
These periods have varied in intensity and frequency. From 5 to 15 seconds to 2 minutes.
So, being courteous in creating an example, lets say 2 minutes of disconnected time per 60 minutes, but those disconnects come in absolute drop offs, and if you round it to 10 seconds per DC that is 12 DC's an hour, or every 5 minutes… All of them long enough of a DC to be kicked from work meetings, any online work, games, etc.. I am losing progress on things constantly, every day, it is killing me.
And I didn't have this problem until lately, and I'm going to estimate 2 months, with it progressively becoming worse. I am reasonable, I know internet will have issues sometimes, but this is beyond that, this experience I have had lately is absolutely terrible and affecting my day to day, canceling entire meetings over my unreliable internet.. Just hope that the tech coming tomorrow can do anything to raise flags to get things looked at considering there wont be anything to fix here at my property since the issue is clearly not coming from anything on my end.
I will be so relieved of the miracle of this issue going away I'll be sure to remember to drop an update here as well.
