Why can't I watch TV? I unplugged the modem and cable for 40 seconds and still getting error code xs

I'm going to try to send a signal to reprovision the account to see if this helps. The connection is going to drop for about 5 minutes, once I do this. Is that ok?

I am sorry for the issues that you're experiencing with the TV app. Can I please have the error number? Is this happening on all the channels or a specific channel?

Xstlp-4001 is the code and it happened on pretty much all that I tried to watch
