How to get box to work

Two of the three boxes in our office aren't working. They are showing rainbow colors on the screen and will not reset. How do I get them to work?

    If restarting the cable boxes and removing and replacing the coax cable does not resolve the issue, then there is chance there is either a signal or other connection issue or the boxes may need to be replaced.
