When are the services being restored?

We have been in an outage since late last night and the only alert that was received stated that services would be back up by 11:30 AM. It is now 11 PM and no further updates regarding the issue or time was sent whatsoever. Completely left in the dark about services being restored.

    I hope your service has been restored by now, but if not please sign in to Spectrum.net or the My Spectrum app to check for known problems in your area and for any available estimates.

    First they say it will be restored at 6am. After that they extended to 11am. Now its 5pm
