spectrum app not recording

Sorry for any issues with the app. What device(s) are you using and are you getting an error code?

using Samsung tv. And yes error code. Plays about 4 minutes than gets 3 dots then error code. I see many many people get same problem. It looks like a spectrum problem with their cloud dvr service

Thanks. The app authenticates using the modem on the account. Please try restarting the modem and if the issue continues, try testing on a different device and let us know if you are seeing the same issue.
