ROUTER AND MODEM

Do you have a modem/ router that can be rented through Spectrum? My Internet is so terrible, it goes in and out and I think my router or modem is the issue.

    Hi @kelleyvanscyoc, welcome to our community!

    I'm sorry to see our internet service hasn't been consistent. It is not required to use our modem or router. You can use any router you want, but you would need a Spectrum approved modem.
