I get error code IRDV-1000. I can't access my DVR via the app any more

I have 2 DVR's…. one I can connect via the app… the other (SAME MODEL) won't let me. I get the error code   IRDV-1000.

Does anyone get error code IRDV-1000. I used to be able to control my DVR via the App… Now one of the DVR's won't let me …

    Thank you for reaching out to us about not being able to access our box using our My Spectrum App. I am sorry this is happening. I am not sure what troubleshooting you have already completed so please excuse any suggestions that you may have already tried. Have you attempted to reset the box that is no longer showing up? This can be done by unplugging the box from the power and the cable line for 3-5 minutes. Let me know if this helps. -Lyn
