forward an SMS message to my email

On my iPhone 13, tried to send copy of an SMS to my email both by:

  1. Selecting my email address and sending; and
  2. Toyed in my Telephone@vtext.com

Checked my email, but don’t see either forwarded SMS?

    vtext.com is supposedly for VZW subscribers and VZW doesn't necessarily bogart that particular non-core frill out to MVNO's if that's what you're thinking but, either way, if Spectrum Mobile is your mobile provider, the conventional wisdom has for you to call their toll-free questions hotline directly and find out if they feature text-to-email at all:

    Otherwise just curious from what mobile provider to what email service.
