Black out flashing with Apple Tv

I have 3 Apple TVs in my house and the living room setup flashing black every few seconds! The other TVs and Apple TVs don’t do this. I’m using the same Apple ID on all 3 devices. Can’t seem to fix it. Any ideas besides rebooting the router?
