Why does On Demand freeze on multiple boxes - even after reboot?

When I try to watch tv shows via On Demand, the show freezes after a few seconds. Rebooting the cable box fixes the issue temporarily, but it eventually freezes again. This happens with all the cable boxes in my house. Spectrum tech tested the signal and said it is fine.

    That's definitely not normal! I'm sorry you're having to reboot frequently just to watch On Demand. It's normal to need to reboot occasionally but not more than every few weeks at most. Since the issue is happening on all of your cable receivers it is most likely a wiring issue causing signal problems. I recommend giving us a call at 1-855-707-7328​​​ to schedule an appointment with a technician for further testing and repair.
