Over the past week, I have experienced an excessive number of service outages. There was even a point where my internet was down for an entire week, and today I am experiencing yet another outage. This situation has become unacceptable, as I have only had reliable internet for 10 to 14 days over the past month. At this point, I am questioning the value of continuing to pay for this service.
