does one turn in equipment if putting service on vacation?

    When putting your account on seasonal status, you would keep your equipment. If you fully disconnect, then you would return equipment. -Mo

    If you would like to put your account on a seasonal hold you would need to call in to customer service at 1-855-707-7328.
