TV APP/Cloud Recordings Freezing and No Pause During Live TV

I'm also having the same freezing issues with recordings - the three dots, freezing, screen going black or Failure warning. These are with shows completely recorded. I switched to Spectrum because I do record multiple shows to watch when I have time - or because some shows I like are on at the same time. I also switched to Spectrum because they offered more stations than the competitor.

Additionally, I find it irritating that a live show cannot be paused.

Anyway, I see a lot of responses that this recording issue is being worked on by Spectrum. Why is it taking so long?

    Thank you for reaching out to us about the picture quality with our Cloud DVR. Generally this indicates a signal concern with our Internet. Have you attempted to reset the modem/router yet? This can be done by unplugging the cable line, power line, and removing the battery backup if you have one for both the modem and the router for a solid 3-5 minutes. Are you able to try this and let us know? -Lyn
