DVR issue - recordings are freezing on playback

I have a DVR box still. Basically cannot watch anything that I recorded. It’s been like this for several months now I tried deleting programs, that didn’t help, I’ve reset the router, that didn’t help, I’ve unplugged, all the connections, that didn’t help, I’ve done everything Recommended, which is mostly just common sense. Not even gonna bother contacting Spectrum Tech Support since they’ll just waste my time and anger me even more. With the amount of money we pay for cable TV and can’t even watch recorded shows anymore is ridiculous. I have a 500 speed Internet by the way, there is just no excuse for this. And Spectrum obviously knows that there is a problem, and they are just ignoring it.

    Hi & welcome! I was able to locate your account using your registration information. I am seeing that you have 3 DVR cable boxes. Does the issue occur on all three, or just one? If it is just one, which one?
