    Welcome to our community! I hope your services are working for you now. Our community is more user-to-user support instead of traditional employee support, so other users would not be able to check on outages for you. If you have access to your My Spectrum app, once you log in, it will display a red notice at the top if there is a known issue in the area. You can also check for outages on Twitter/X, Facebook, or Instagram, or by calling 855-707-7328.
