I am unable to access the Spectrum mobile App

Hi, I am having issues signing in the spectrum mobile app, I am able to access my account through the site but I can’t access through the mobile app. I am trying to test any troubleshooting with a spectrum pod but it either freezes when I press “sign in” or it says “We're sorry, something didn't work quite right. Please try again. NETGE-1000.” how do i resolve this or is it a bug in the application?

    Hello and welcome to the Spectrum Community.

    Just to be sure you are using the My Spectrum App correct? If you are try to uninstall and reinstall the app on the device. If it still does not work try another device to see if the app works there.
