my phone when dialing out saying "I've entered a restrictive code". I have rebooted several times; online and manually. I can receive calls but can not dial out. Can you help please or any suggestions anyone.

    Good morning and welcome @TaniaTD,

    Sorry you're having an issue making calls. I sent a link using phone and email contact on your account for agreements that were showing needing completion, thank you for completing that step once it was received. Your modem has updated and phone service should be active now. Let us know if there's any further issue.
