We're sorry to hear that you are experiencing issues with one of your TV's connecting to our Internet service. We do recommend trying a few troubleshooting steps if you have not already. The first we would recommend is unplugging the TV for about 30 seconds before reconnecting. If this is not successful, we do then recommend forgetting the Wi-Fi network and reconnecting. Lastly, we would recommend resetting the modem and router by unplugging the power cable(s) and disconnecting the coax by unscrewing it. Once everything has been disconnected for about 30 seconds, please reconnect the power cable(s) and coax and allow up to 5 minutes for the modem and router to fully reboot and come back online. Additionally, if the TV is close enough to the router, then we would recommend connecting the TV directly to the router with an ethernet cable instead of relying on Wi-Fi.
