Hi @Chrismyk1962, welcome to our community!

I'm sorry our service has been down for so long. Unfortunately when problems are widespread and multi-factored like after a bad storm, it can be difficult if not impossible to estimate when any one area will get service back. The majority of the outages in the area are due to power loss, and most customers are getting their Spectrum service back as power is restored to us. Our technicians are also hard at work repairing damaged lines.

Are you out west where they've been having the crazy storms and tornadoes?

If so, they may be waiting on local municipal and/or utility services to clear out areas so it is safe for them to go in. Could reach out to your local city/county/utility services to see if they have any information on recovery efforts. People at the local cable office may be able to tell you something too.

"HOUSTON (AP) — Power outages scattered across storm-weary Texas on Wednesday could linger into the weekend after storms flooded streets in Houston for the second time this month and ripped off roofs in Dallas, leaving a teenager dead and injuring others."

Just saying.... sometimes things are just out of their hands for a while.

Keep in mind also that there is a major corridor for internet traffic that flows through Texas... so big problems in places like Austin/Houston/Dallas can affect people from other states.
