I've had intermitent outages everyday for the last 8 days. Short, but very annoying. Any thoughts?

I thought we were the only ones with this issue. Replaced Spectrum modem and also put in a new router. We're still having this same problem even with the new equipment. No "outages" in our area! We're at a loss what to do. Spectrum Tech has even been out to the house.

Activated my spectrum internet account a couple of weeks ago. Had Excellent customer service with spectrum running internet cable to my house. The only problem is the spectrum wifi router cuts off and on about 3 times aday. Is my wifi router defective? Have reboot device, Any advice?

    Hello,

If there is not a message on Spectrum Voicemail when you call, but you are still having Internet issues, call back to let them know of problems in your area. It takes six people to call in an area to activate "automatic dispatch." But don't wait for that to happen. If a tech came out and left and you are still having problems, call back and get them to come out again, and or escalate the issue. They will repair or replace any equipment that you rent from them.

If you own your own equipment and they have checked that lines and signals are OK, and you have them come out again and they say everything is OK, you might need to replace your own equipment. @Davjimmy22 you might need a new router.
