I want a cable card for my Tivo

when I first got my account two years ago, I was told Spectrum didn't have cable cards.

I recently heard they do have cable cards, which is needed use my Tivo.

I tried calling my local store, but the number was actually a toll free number for Spectrum. The reps said they can't send me one. They can only replace one if I have one. I have to go to my local store to get a cable card.

Drove 30 minutes to my local store, and the rep tells me "we (meaning Spectrum) don't have cable cards. We have our own cable boxes."

How do I get a cable card ?

    Thank you for reaching out to us about obtaining a Cable Card for your Tivo system. Cable Cards are currently being phased out and are no longer available for order. We are still supporting Cable Cards that have already been in use. I am very sorry for any confusion with the information you may have received. -Lyn
