my modem doesn’t seem to be able to connect to the internet

    Good afternoon & welcome @Renee220!

    Sorry to hear you are having connection issues. Most issues can be resolved with a simple reboot of the internet equipment, removing both the power and coaxial cable from the modem as well as power from the router for at least 30 seconds. You can also find some helpful information here. It looks like the modem has already recently restarted and at the moment, your modem and router appear online with devices connected. If you are still having an issue, please let us know.
