Cable box not working

moved the cable box from one room to another. However, when I reconnect the box it stuck in a sequence mode and stuck on AI£ for 5 minutes. Prior to this code I did unplugged the cable box for 60 second, and AI£ still comes back.

This sounds like an activation problem. Try activating the cable box from your Spectrum account online. For some reason, that can work better than a manual unplug to reset.
If that doesn't work, call Spectrum and they will send signals over the phone to try to get it working. It's very unlikely that the box went bad just from being moved to another room. Let us know how it goes.
