Why does my internet shut down at 315 every night?

    Could be some maintenance/upgrades going on. Used to plan ours in the middle of the night when I worked for a local software firm.

    Have you called the support number on your bill when it goes down? The automated attendant should give you a notice if there is a known reason for the outage. Otherwise, can go down the path of "My internet is not working" to eventually get to an agent who may be able to take a closer look at things and/or schedule a technician to investigate further.
