Internet Service

I have been without service for over four hours. When contacting Spectrum, no information is provided when service will be restored. It is absolutely absurd that Spectrum charges the amount for internet service when it doesn’t work. Spectrum owns the majority of the service area and no other options are available. Either service works as advertised or prices should be lowered.

Did you go through the path of "My internet is not working" with the automated attendant so you could talk to an agent?

If not, may want to call back in and do so. Might spot something in your log/signal stats that is directly actionable.

Worst case, they can schedule a tech to come on site if needed.

Good evening @Kerleys and Welcome to our Community Forums,

Thank you for reaching out to us about the extended down time. We have a concern in your area. It appears to be a fiber cut. Our engineers are working to get this corrected for you as quickly as possible. These types of concerns can take longer to correct. We don't have an estimated restoration time. You won't need to do anything; the services will automatically be restored. I am very sorry for any inconvenience this must be causing you. You can also check for account status and outage concerns using our My Spectrum App. -Lyn

I had a tree limb fall and it broke my cable line? How do I get my line replaced?
