kc.rr.com email won't send in outlook

I have a kc.rr.com email address that I recently (today) am now unable to send emails. I can receive fine, just cannot send. The web version works fine but I need it to work in outlook.

    Thank you for reaching out to us about your Outlook no longer allowing you to send out emails using your Roadrunner email address. I am very sorry this is happening. Do you receive an error message when you attempt to send out an email? If so, can you provide that information for us. Also, can you visit our Email Server information to make sure that you have the correct incoming and outgoing information listed. - Lyn
