Why the delay in cDVR recordings

I've noticed in the past week or so that shows we record aren't showing up in our DVR listing in XUMO until the day after. I spoke with a XUMO Rep half an hour ago and was told this is a new "feature" to ensure recordings actually take place.

    Hi @Kurious, welcome to our community!

    I'm not aware of any such function and I'm not finding any documentation about it, however I do see another user posted about the same issue. You mentioned having issues over the past week, there were previously known issues with the Cloud DVR service but they should have been resolved as of 6/10, so please make sure you have tested since then. If the issue persists, could you check on a device other than Xumo to see if it is still missing?
