    I am fairly new to this Xumo's box, I'm not totally into it or maybe it's the user lol…..Is it normal that at start up the main screen stays there idol for a couple minutes and the remote is in a frozen state it won't work right away until the advertisements go away? I thought maybe my internet speeds were not fast enough, but I'm getting 362mbps at the TV. Just curious if anyone else is having issues?

    Hi & welcome!

    Have you tried restarting the modem and the Xumo box(es)? Restarting the devices usually resolves most issues.
