    Good evening @nyoungs and Welcome to our Community Forums,

    Thank you for reaching out to us about our VIP ring feature with our home phone service. This may have been removed accidently. It can be reestablished by logging in to your My Account. You will need to select Home Phone. Once there you will need to select "Go To VoiceZone" you will find the VIP ring feature there. Please let us know if you have any other questions. -Lyn
