Xumo DVR Still Runs Slow

So I received an email saying the XUMO DVR technical issues have been fixed. Well, clearly they aren’t. Everyday around 10pm the XUMO runs very slow. I can’t even scroll through my list of taped shows without it freezing up. The fast forward button is still slow as well. Please fix this issue and continue issuing credit refund for your faulty device. Thank you.

    Welcome to our Community Forums! Sorry to hear that you're experiencing issues with our Xumo box, I am happy to help! When you say the Xumo "runs slow", are you referring to streaming? Or are you referring to interacting within the app? Such as opening and closing apps, etc.?
