Frustrated customer with no internet for 13+ hours

I work from home most of the time (including weekends) and it’s frustrating when your internet is down from the morning and Spectrum has no ETA posted anywhere. I called customer service and they have no idea as well. Their website had an ETA posted saying internet issues will be resolved by 10 AM and now that message was removed from their website.
