how to change name on account?

    Hello @Tweety947_

    Welcome to our community! If you've had a name change and are trying to update to the correct name, you can bring in the new ID/name change paperwork to your local Spectrum store and they can get that updated for you. If you are trying to transfer the account to a new owner, that can be done as an account takeover either at your local Spectrum store, or by calling 855-707-7328. There is some paperwork to fill out for the takeover and both people would need to be present if you do it in person.
