why does spectrum tv not stream on certain channels...

all the sudden i'm getting this error message…

it's only on certain channels, unfortunately it's those i stream on a regular. i checked my other laptop to and it works fine.

i've rebooted both the router and same issue. it just started so that's why i'm so annoyed.

any solutions?

    Welcome to our community! I'm sorry for the issues with our site in the browser. What browser are you using when you get this error? Also, have you cleared the cache/cookies in the browser yet?
