    Hello!

    You will need to make sure to subscribe to MAX (As HBO Maxis now called) through Spectrum first. Once that is established, you can use your Spectrum My Account credentials to log into MAX with your user-name and password. Some time might need to elapse, (between 48-72 hours) before mobile Max is available. The boxes should get it right away to within about 30 minutes after ordering.
