Why can't I watch ballys sports on my phone

    Welcome to our community! I'm sorry for the issues with Bally's. Are you trying to watch through the Spectrum TV app or through the Bally's app? Are you getting a specific error message?

    If you are a Spectrum customer (I assume you are), download the Bally's app and watch through it if you aren't connected to your home wifi. It will ask you to verify your service provider — you do this by signing into your Spectrum account. Then you should be able to watch. I do it this way when travelling nd it works great.
