Charter , Spectrum does not have support via an email? Can this be possible?

Some of us can't wait on hold for an agent, nor do we want to talk to a bot, or someone we cannot understand.

Can it be true that a communications company does not have support via email?

I can't believe it.

    You are correct, in most situations, we do not provide email support for routine issues. This Community would be the closest alternative to email support.
