I would like to set up the house network name and new password for the service address.

    Hello @LGhouse

    Welcome to our community! Each account would have it's own login for our website or My Spectrum app. You would need to login using the information for the Bolton Landing home and then follow these instructions to change the network name and password to whatever you'd like.
