My voice narration is turned off in Accessibility settings but it still narrates. How can it stop?

    Hello Katie, Welcome!

    Double check to make sure that the narration is turned off on the box. Change channels and than go back to the original channel to see that it is turned off on the box.

    With Guide narration in the off position, if you still hear narration, reboot the box.

    If you still hear narration after that, report back on the channel and program where this is occurring. Thanks!
