My phone gets really warm, even when it is not being used. What should I do?

    Welcome to our community! I'm sorry to hear about the issues with the phone. If the phone is running hot and it is within 14 days of receiving the phone, you can contact our mobile team at 833-224-6603 and they can look into an exchange of the device. If it is after the 14 days I would recommend reaching out to the manufacturer or if you have our device protection plan, you can call 877-875-4282 for assistance there as well. If you have our Unlimited Plus mobile plan, then as Satch mentioned, you would be eligible for an anytime upgrade, which would allow you to upgrade your device for any reason.

    Hello,

    I would swap out the phone. Spectrum has a new exchange your phone "At any time, and for any reason." Get a new phone.
