FE-1002

I Recently Downloaded the Spectrum TV app on my phone and I got this error on it. I tried uninstalling and Reinstalling but I get the same error.

Any Ideas?

    Can you try restarting the modem on the account and let us know if the error continues?

    What device(s) are you using? Are you on your home network?

    i use my tv the xumo thing that comes with the service and my Iphone. But it only doesn’t work on my iphone for some reason.

    And yes I am

    Thanks. Do you see an error on the Xumo as well, or just on the iPhone?
    What is the model and OS of the iPhone?

    no the error only pops up on my Iphone and the OS is 18

    I'd sign out the app, delete it, restore the latest shipping release of iOS, reinstall the app, sign back in and see what happens:
