how do i turn on/off call forwarding ?

    Hello @Margaret177_

    Welcome to our community! If you log in to our My Spectrum App or our website you'll see a section under right under the bill information that says "Your Services" if you click the Voice option and scroll down, there's a section that says Voice Access and if you click Manage Voice, it will take you to the phone settings to turn on or off call forwarding.
