Is it possible to go back to the physical DVR rather than the “better” Xumo service?

    Hi & welcome!

    Yes, you can make changes on your account and request a traditional set top box. Unfortunately, Spectrum Community Moderators are unable to assist with adding or removing services - to add traditional a DVR, please call us at 1-855-70-SPECTRUM (855-707-7328) or you can also try visiting a Spectrum store. Please be aware that DVR inventory at a local store may be limited.
