Do I need to do anything about my equipment when i upgrade from 300 to 500 mbps

I upgraded my Spectrum internet to 500 mbps. Spectrum sent me the Ultra Router. I currently use the Spectrum issued modem and eero 6+ mesh network. I don't believe I need to use the Ultra router. Is this correct? What triggers the upgrade?

    Hi @Ripleylv426, welcome to our community!

    WiFi was probably included on the order when upgrading to Ultra, but it's not required. If you want to just continue using your mesh system I recommend returning our router to a UPS Store or Spectrum store at your earliest convenience.
