Why can’t I Pause, Fast Forward, Rewind, on DVR but only on ABC recordings?

    Some questions to diagnose the issue:

    1.) Is this through Cloud DVR service with the XUMO streaming box? The Spectrum app? or a traditional DVR box?

    2.) Are you trying to pause, fast-forward, and rewind, when a show has not yet finished recording? Or is this when the show has recorded completely, and you are playing it back?

    3.) Are you sure that you are not watching an On Demand show by mistake? On Demand shows can never be recorded, and the station management determines whether or not Spectrum is allowed to use Pause, Rewind, or Fast Forward on them.

    4.) When did this issue start happening?

    5.) Is this newly installed equipment? If so, how much time has elapsed since the install of the new equipment?

    6.) Are you getting any kind of error message saying that you can't record? Or are the buttons not working on ABC content?

    7.) Have you rebooted the equipment?

    8.) Is this on all ABC recorded content, or just some shows?

    Your answers will help determine next steps.
