can I add channels to my Zuma account

    Hello Janet,

    I am not familiar with Zuma accounts in relationship to Spectrum. You can only add channels to those devices that are authorized by Spectrum. Such as a traditional cable box.DVR, Xumo Streaming box, Apple Mobile Devices, and Rockus.

    The purchase of third party hardware may be required to sync these devices with Spectrum accounts.
