    Welcome!

How do you watch cable TV? Through a cable box or DVR? Through the Spectrum app? or through the XUMO streaming box ? For issues like these, try unplugging your box and Internet modem for a few minutes. Than plug them back in and reboot.

If this does not solve the problem, or it comes back, you should contact Spectrum for a "Signal and Drop Line Test." This will send a service tech to your home to check your signals and lines and wire quality. The tech may update the lines. Any equipment rented by Spectrum may also be updated. New equipment won't solve bad signals or lines, so your tech needs to check those first. This process would require a tech visit and can not be corrected over the phone.

However, this process would only be needed, if the rebooting of the equipment does not solve the issue, or it comes back a short time later.
