No Outlets Working for Spectrum Internet Modem

I recently ordered the Spectrum 1GB plan, I do not have any cable outlets but have a wire that was installed from outside through the flooring. At this point I am wondering how to schedule an appointment for a technician, how can I do this?

    Hi & welcome!

    It sounds like you probably set up a self-install, and it is possible that the coax cable you are seeing is either not connected or is not a Spectrum cable. Please give us a call at 1-855-70-SPECTRUM (855-707-7328) and explain that you need a technician installation, and they will get one set up for you.
