Internet & TV have been out since 9a this morning. Cant get a reason why or when it might be fixed. Nice to have an antenna to watch TV off of. 50 channels to choose from for free.

    I'm sorry our service has been down for so long. I was able to locate your account and I do see there's a service interruption in your area. No estimate is available, it looks like the cause is a commercial power outage. I'm glad you have an alternative to keep you entertained in the meantime!

    So we'll be seeing a credit for each day of no service. So far we're at 26 hours.

    I was able to locate your account using your registration information. I have submitted an automated credit request that will be calculated and processed once the interruption is cleared. You should see the credit on the next billing statement, or you can check the My Spectrum app for credit notifications. I also requested an automated call to the number listed on your account to notify you, once the issue is cleared.
