Frequent Loss of Connection
Disconnections appear to be upstream of my Arris SB6190 modem.
I've attached the Event Log from the latest disconnect
Any chance Spectrum can fix this?

See if the signal levels and SNR's contemporaneous with the the ranging faults are good:

If good, i'd replace the modem with a Spectrum-issued one or at least one that's currently on the approved list:

If no good, scheduling a Spectrum tech house call would be my next move if not actually my first move.

Ideally, would want to be more in the realm of +/-10 or 12db to help manage the swings in resistance as the temperature changes and such.
More often, our symptoms in SC will manifest on the upstream signal side. When the modem starts ramping upstream power to 51+ trying to get signal back to the headend, it can start triggering reboots.
